Key Alerts & Suggestions
Critical warnings · Process pitfalls · My additional tips for MCC NEET-UG 2025
CRITICAL
Choice Locking is Final. Choices once locked cannot be changed under any circumstances — not even by MCC. Review every choice meticulously before locking.
CRITICAL
Never share credentials. Do not share your NTA Roll No., Password or OTP with anyone — agents, friends, or relatives. Misuse leads to wrong allotment.
CRITICAL
Round 3 is Permanent. Once you join a Round 3 seat, you absolutely CANNOT resign or upgrade. Be 100% sure before joining R3.
CRITICAL
Deemed fees can be extreme. Confirm fee structure directly with the college before locking Deemed choices. MCC takes NO responsibility for fee disputes.
CRITICAL
No bank chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback through your bank will prevent MCC from refunding your security deposit — causing indefinite delays.
CRITICAL
OBC = Central List NCL only. State OBC lists are NOT accepted. Certificate must specify Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) status from Central OBC List.
CRITICAL
Wrong category = cancellation. If wrong domicile or category is found at any stage — candidature is cancelled and security deposit is forfeited immediately.
CRITICAL
AFMC has medical standards. Admissions have been cancelled for not meeting AFMC-specific medical eligibility. Verify from AFMC website BEFORE registering on MCC.
WARNING
Free Exit vs Upgrade. To RETAIN R1 seat while attempting R2 upgrade, you MUST physically report at R1 college and give willingness — just exiting won't save the seat.
⚠ PROCESS PITFALLS
Relieving letter from previous college is mandatory before joining upgraded college.
Even same-college category upgrade (e.g. SC→UR) needs fresh relieving + new admission letter.
Regional language certificates need attested English/Hindi translation — some states accept English only.
Name discrepancies across documents require an affidavit proving all belong to same person.
Sessions are IP-tracked — if internet drops, session expires. Use stable laptop connection.
MCC sends NO individual notifications. Bookmark mcc.nic.in and check daily.
📊
Strategy
Make a rank-vs-college spreadsheet using previous year opening/closing ranks before choice filling.
📱
Sandes App
Download Sandes App before registration opens. MCC OTPs come only through this government app.
📄
Documents
Scan and keep PDF copies of ALL documents ready before registration opens — don't scramble last minute.
⚖️
State+Central
Plan timelines if appearing in both AIQ and State counsellings — data is shared after R3.
🏦
Bank Account
Keep payment card/account ACTIVE till refund is received — closed accounts cause long delays.

🚨
AACCC UG 2025 — Must-Know Warnings
Key Alerts & Critical Rules
Read every point carefully before registering — ignorance is not an excuse
Critical Alerts — Act on These
🔴 Critical
R3 is a Point of No Return
Once allotted/upgraded a seat in Round 3, you MUST join. No exit allowed. Non-joining = ineligible for ALL Ayush UG counseling (Central/State/UT) + full fees forfeited.
🔴 Critical
Choices Locked = Irreversible
Once choices are locked, AACCC cannot unlock them — even from their end. Verify every choice before locking. Wrong allotment is entirely your responsibility.
🔴 Critical
Online Admission Letter is Mandatory
All admissions online only. Demand the online-generated Provisional Admission Letter at college. Offline admission = seat shown as vacant = allotted to next candidate.
🟠 Warning
One Registration Only
Submitting more than one registration = debarred from counseling. Use same mobile & email as NEET-UG 2025 NTA registration. Cannot change these later.
🟠 Warning
R2 Has NO Free Exit
If allotted in R2 and do not join, fees are forfeited. Exit with forfeiture only till 3 days before R3 to remain eligible for further counseling rounds.
🟠 Warning
State/UT Seat Cancelled at R3
If you hold a State/UT seat and get allotted in R3, that State/UT seat stands cancelled automatically. Plan carefully before participating in R3.
🟠 Warning
Upgradation Willingness is Critical
Join R1/R2 and not submit upgradation willingness at reporting = NOT eligible for upgradation in subsequent rounds. Submit at time of joining — cannot do it later.
🟢 Note
Fresh Choices Every Round
Choices from R1 are null & void for R2. R1+R2 choices null & void for R3. SVR = all previous choices null & void. Always fill fresh choices each round.
🟢 Note
SVR Undertaking is Legally Binding
Must declare you're not holding any AIQ/State/UT seat. If false undertaking given → allotted seat still valid but all previous State/UT allotments cancelled. Disciplinary action follows.
Ineligibility Triggers — Know Exactly When You Lose Eligibility
Withdraw between 3 days pre-R3 and R3 result → ineligible AACCC-UG (but eligible State/UT)
Withdraw on/after R3 result announcement → ineligible ALL Ayush counseling (Central + State/UT)
Not joining R3 allotted seat → ineligible ALL Ayush + full fees forfeited
Not joining SVR allotted seat → ineligible ALL Ayush + full fees forfeited
Using false/fake documents → admission cancelled at any stage, even after joining
R2 non-joined (exit with forfeiture) → must pay full fees again to participate in R3

Karnataka UGNEET 2025 · Alerts, Contacts & Quick Reference
Critical Alerts & Quick Reference
Important warnings, option entry tips, disclaimers, contacts and abbreviations
Critical Alerts
Critical
One Time Option Entry
Options entered before Round 1 are FINAL and carry forward to subsequent rounds. Candidates CANNOT re-enter options. You may delete or alter order of higher options, or add new options for colleges added after Round 1.
Critical
Fraud & Fake Documents
Submission of fake/fraudulent certificates results in immediate seat cancellation, criminal prosecution, forfeiture of fees, debarment from all future exams, and blacklisting with MCI/DCI/KMC. Authorities can check documents at any point during the course.
Critical
Qualifying NEET ≠ Admission Right
Merely qualifying UGNEET-2025 does not guarantee any right to a seat. Candidates must complete document verification, fulfill all eligibility conditions, and submit certificates. KEA will NOT allot seats to unregistered or unverified candidates.
Warning
Surrender Seat at KEA Only
Surrender a seat ONLY to KEA in writing. Not reporting to the allotted college does NOT mean you have surrendered. Failure to surrender before Round 2 option deadline may result in blocking of seat and proceedings against you.
Warning
Verification Slip is Final
Once documents are verified and Verification Slip issued, NO changes or claims will be accepted for any reason. Check all details on the slip before leaving the counter. Report any error to the Verification Officer immediately.
Warning
Multiple Board Seats
If allotted a seat from another board (JEE, MCC, KPCF etc.), surrender the KEA-allotted seat before the Round 2 option modification deadline. Holding seats on multiple boards may result in blocking and proceedings by KEA.
Tip
Option Entry Best Practices
Enter MORE options to maximize your chances. Prepare a list offline first. Consider college infrastructure, course, distance, hostel, teaching faculty. Use mock allotment result to revise priorities. Confirm Medical vs Dental before saving each option.
Tip
NDA — Non Disclosure Agreement
No counselling content may be shared with friends, third parties, or via social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, SMS, Blogs). By registering for UGNEET-2025, you agree to this NDA. Violation leads to penal action and cancellation of candidature.
Tip
Mock Allotment is Indicative Only
Mock allotment shows indicative seat based on your current options. It is NOT the final seat. Other candidates may change their options after mock allotment, so your real allotment may differ. Use the mock result to revise your option priorities.

Must-Know Alerts, Documents & Quick Reference
Read carefully before applying — mistakes can cost your seat
Critical Alerts & Important Notes
🔴 Critical
Registration Window is Final
After the late fee window closes — no further registrations allowed under any circumstances. There is absolutely no extension. Apply well within the regular window.
🔴 Critical
Fake Documents = Cancellation
Furnishing incorrect information or uploading fake/forged documents at any stage results in seat/admission cancellation without notice and criminal legal action.
🔴 Critical
CA Quota ≠ MQ Application
Candidates who applied for Competent Authority Quota must submit a completely separate application for Management Quota. One form is NOT accepted for both.
🟠 Warning
Application Fee is Non-Refundable
Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-adjustable to any future date — including if you are not allotted a seat. Read the prospectus fully before paying.
🟠 Warning
Beware of Touts & Brokers
No person can guarantee a medical seat through unfair means. All counseling is conducted strictly per rules on the official website. Do not trust any agents claiming to arrange seats.
🟠 Warning
Security Deposit Forfeiture
In Phase-III onwards, if allotted a seat and you do not join, the security deposit (₹3L MBBS / ₹2L BDS) is permanently forfeited. Participate only if genuinely committed to joining.
🟢 Note
Desktop / Laptop Only
The application portal must be accessed on a Desktop or Laptop only. Mobile browsing may cause form errors or incomplete uploads. Use a stable internet connection throughout.
🟢 Note
Monitor Website Regularly
All notifications — merit list, web option schedules, allotment orders — are published on drntr.uhsap.in only. No individual intimations are sent. Check the site regularly until admission closure.

Scope of CGDME Counselling
🏥 Government Medical Colleges
State Quota seats in Govt. Medical Colleges are counselled by CGDME.

Admission in allotted Govt. Medical College in Round 1 is mandatory. Candidates who skip admission are eliminated from counselling.
🏥 Private Medical Colleges
CGDME counsels State Govt. Quota, Management Quota, and NRI Quota seats in Private Medical Colleges.

Admission in Round 1 is not mandatory, but scrutiny is mandatory for all allotted candidates.
🦷 Dental Colleges (Govt. & Private)
CGDME counsels Govt. Dental, Private Dental (Govt. Quota), Mgmt. Quota, and Jain Minority seats.

Admission not mandatory in Round 1, but scrutiny always mandatory.
Central Pool — Important Clarification
Central Pool nomination seats are maintained by the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of External Affairs and other Ministries. CGDME has no role in Central Pool seats — their counselling is NOT conducted by CGDME. Candidates must approach the concerned Ministry directly.

CGDME 2024 · Round 1 Decision Matrix
Round 1 — What To Do After Allotment
Each allotment type has different admission obligations — read your scenario carefully
Critical Rule Applicable to All Round 1 Allotments
⚠ Allotted seat in Round 1 will NOT appear again in Round 2 or any subsequent round — irrespective of whether you took admission or not. If you want to upgrade, you must declare upgrade intent on the candidate portal using OTP. Your previous choice list becomes Null and Void and you must fill fresh choices.
✓ Free Exit (Round 1 only): A candidate can exit Round 1 without forfeiture of the Registration Fee / Security Deposit. This option is available only in Round 1 as per Regulations on Graduate Medical Education (Amendment), 2018. No free exit in Round 2 or later.
Round 1 — Scenario-by-Scenario Guide
🏥 A. Allotted: Government Medical College
Step 1: Physically report to the allotted Govt. Medical College for document scrutiny by the Scrutiny Committee.

Step 2 — After successful scrutiny:
Admission is MANDATORY. You must complete the admission process.

Want to upgrade to Round 2?
Login to candidate portal → declare upgrade willingness via OTP. Previous choice list becomes Null & Void. Fill fresh choices.

Note: Allotted Govt. Medical College in R1 will NOT come again in R2.

Skip admission → Eliminated from counselling entirely.
🏥 B. Allotted: Private Medical College (State / Mgmt. Quota)
Step 1: Physically report to the scheduled Govt. Medical College (not the private college) for document scrutiny.

If you WANT admission:
After scrutiny → pay prescribed fees → complete admission at the scheduled Govt. Medical College.
To also upgrade → declare on portal via OTP. Fill fresh choices.

If you DO NOT want admission:
After scrutiny → opt out of admission. You remain eligible for Round 2 upgradation.
Login → declare upgrade intent via OTP → fill fresh choices.

Either way: allotted Pvt. Medical College in R1 will NOT reappear in R2.
🦷 C. Allotted: Government Dental College
Step 1: Physically report to the scheduled Govt. Dental College for document scrutiny.

If you WANT admission:
After scrutiny → pay fees → complete admission at Govt. Dental College.
To upgrade → declare on portal via OTP. Previous choices → Null & Void. Fill fresh choices.

If you DO NOT want admission:
After scrutiny → opt out. Eligible for Round 2 upgradation.
Login → declare intent via OTP → fill fresh choices.

Allotted Govt. Dental College in R1 will NOT reappear in R2.
🦷 D. Allotted: Private Dental College (Govt. Quota / Mgmt. / Jain Minority)
Step 1: Physically report to the scheduled Govt. Dental College (not the private college) for document scrutiny.

If you WANT admission:
After scrutiny → pay fees → complete admission at scheduled Govt. Dental College.
To upgrade → declare via OTP on portal. Fill fresh choices.

If you DO NOT want admission:
After scrutiny → opt out. Eligible for Round 2 upgradation.
Login → declare intent via OTP → fill fresh choices.

Allotted Private Dental College in R1 will NOT reappear in R2.
Universal Rules — Round 1
🚫 Scrutiny failure = elimination: Any candidate allotted an institute (Medical or Dental) who does not get documents scrutinized by the Scrutiny Committee, or is found unfit in scrutiny, will be out of the counselling process entirely.
⚠ Private / Dental colleges — seat retention rule: Once a seat is allotted and candidate does not take admission, the same seat will not be re-allotted to that candidate in any subsequent round. To retain the seat, you must take admission on the allotted seat.
Round 2 — Key Steps
Round 2 Process
(a) Exercise fresh choices on portal.
(b) Allotment result published on CGDME website.
(c) Report to allotted Medical/Dental college for scrutiny and admission.
(d) Fail scrutiny or found unfit → eliminated from counselling.
⚠ Security Deposit Forfeiture in Round 2: If a candidate is allotted any institute (Govt. or Private) in Round 2 and either does not take admission, or takes admission and then withdraws — the Registration Fee / Security Deposit is permanently forfeited.
