1. Nature of Services

EduTrack Education Solution ("EduTrack") provides educational counselling, college admission guidance, choice-filling assistance, and data-driven college prediction services for NEET UG and NEET PG aspirants. EduTrack is an independent educational consultancy not affiliated with MCC, NMC, NTA, any State CET Cell, medical college, or government authority.

2. Scope of Guidance

Services include: (a) analysis of NEET score, rank, category; (b) prediction of eligible colleges based on historical cutoff data; (c) guidance on registration, choice-filling, and document upload across applicable counselling authorities; (d) preparation of a personalised choice list; and (e) ongoing support through allotment rounds. EduTrack does not guarantee admission to any specific college, seat, or course.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

I/We authorise EduTrack to collect, store, and process personal, academic, and NEET-related information for delivering admission guidance services. This data will not be sold or transferred to third parties except as required for counselling services. All data is stored securely in compliance with applicable Indian data protection norms.

4. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

All counselling fees are disclosed prior to enrolment. Payments are non-refundable once the counselling session or choice-filling support has commenced. EduTrack reserves the right to revise fee structures; existing enrolled students will not be affected mid-cycle.

5. Student / Parent Responsibilities

1. The student/parent must provide accurate and complete information. EduTrack is not liable for outcomes arising from incorrect data provided by the student.
2. It is the student's/parent's responsibility to verify all official notifications and deadlines on MCC, State CET Cell, and college websites.
3. Document submission, fee payment to colleges, and administrative actions are the student's sole responsibility. EduTrack provides guidance but cannot perform these actions on behalf of the student.
4. The student/parent must keep EduTrack updated with any changes in rank, personal details, or documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

EduTrack shall not be liable for: non-allotment of a seat; technical failures on official portals; changes in government policies or court orders; seat matrix revisions; delays or cancellation of counselling rounds; or any loss arising from incorrect information supplied by the student/parent.

7. Strict No-Donation Policy

EduTrack operates under a strict No-Donation Policy. Neither EduTrack nor any of its counsellors, representatives, or associates solicits, accepts, or facilitates any donation, capitation fee, unofficial payment, or gratification — in cash or kind — at any stage of the admission guidance process.

1. All payments to EduTrack are exclusively for professional counselling services and are covered by official invoices/receipts.
2. EduTrack does not charge any amount beyond its published service fee under any pretext including "seat securing charges," "donation to college," or "management quota donation."
3. Students and parents are strongly advised not to pay any donation to any college, agent, or individual claiming to arrange a seat through unofficial channels. EduTrack bears no responsibility for such transactions.
4. If any EduTrack representative demands a donation or unofficial payment, report it immediately to EduTrack management. Such conduct is a serious violation of our code of ethics.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
